「Comfortable room with all the basic necessities in place. Friendly owner and staff. Close to bus stop for buses that take you to city centre. While the DART station is slightly far away, it’s a nice 20-minute walk in the neighbourhood (and through a lovely little park). I was spoilt by the delicious breakfast every morning! 」

「We are very disappointed the arrangement of hotel. They give the disable room to us and our feeling is very bad. The bathroom water is not hot enough for taking shower. 」

「Booked a weekend as we came over for the rugby. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. we ate in the restaurant on the Friday and had a lovely meal. The hotel is very busy on rugby days but it doesn’t impact on the service. Wish we could have stayed longer. Taxi from the port 20 mins and €22. Bus and dart from the port €5 each and took over an hour.」

「The entire Number 31 team was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights (we had to extend our stay by a night and were able to do so easily) and the nights we were there we had the most restful sleep. The breakfasts in the morning were something to look forward to, and the common spaces were beautiful and comfortable. And the staff went above and beyond to make our time in Dublin great. 「The location, staff, breakfast are very good. The location is close to the Baggot Street Upper. There are many stores such as the pharmacy, supermarkets (TESCO), restaurants (WILLIAM SEARSON is very good and fair price), etc.. You can take 10 - 15 minutes walk to the central area of Dublin city and begin your sightseeing. The breakfast is very delicious.
