「Got to the place and it was in terrible condition. Dirty covers and bedbugs. No way was staying there. Contacted them to cancel reservation (with charge of one night) was planning on staying 5 nights. Didn't stay not one night. Never got a response from the hotel about cancelling the reservation. Instead my card was charged for a one night stay. No one should ever consider staying at the dump. Until this day still haven't heard from the hotel which a paid for and didn't stay not one night. 「The room was in good condition. The staff was very helpful and kind. But the noise from the bar was just too much, especially the first night. We had just traveled for 20+ hours. 「We had to book another apartment as the host told us that they did not have a key to the apartment that we booked. We could not find the owner anywhere, the phone was going to voicemail, my messages were going through on WhatsApp but they were not responding. We had to pay more money to book another place because the one we booked, no one could assist us and our safety was also compromised as it was getting late. We need a voucher refund ASAP!」
