「Spacious, recently renovated and tidy room. Caring and nice staff were always helpful. As a solo woman traveler, I definitely felt the sense of security as the driver team supports me with pick up and drop off services. Thank you!」

「Got to the place and it was in terrible condition. Dirty covers and bedbugs. No way was staying there. Contacted them to cancel reservation (with charge of one night) was planning on staying 5 nights. Didn't stay not one night. Never got a response from the hotel about cancelling the reservation. Instead my card was charged for a one night stay. No one should ever consider staying at the dump. Until this day still haven't heard from the hotel which a paid for and didn't stay not one night. 「The room was in good condition. The staff was very helpful and kind. But the noise from the bar was just too much, especially the first night. We had just traveled for 20+ hours. We didn’t get any sleep that first night. It didn’t end till after three in the morning. The next night it went on for a while. It wasn’t as loud, but we were unable to sleep. 「My stay was relocated to Miraton Eastgate Suites. Very nice environment. Eastgate Shopping Mall in walk-distance. What I disliked is a water-problem, and the noise inside the house.」

「We had to book another apartment as the host told us that they did not have a key to the apartment that we booked. We could not find the owner anywhere, the phone was going to voicemail, my messages were going through on WhatsApp but they were not responding. We had to pay more money to book another place because the one we booked, no one could assist us and our safety was also compromised as it was getting late. We need a voucher refund ASAP!」
