"Maid service was excellent but the room left a lot to be desired. Wheelchair accessible room but ramp onto sidewalk was several rooms away, no closet space and no hooks to hang anything up. On 2 occasions my room key did not work and I had to walk to front desk with handicapped wife because nobody was available to help. Outlets on wall were not operating and no one responded to fix although the front desk stated that maintenance would respond. Pool was clean but unused. Room was extremely noisy."

"The room was sparse. Furniture a little worn and on the cheap side. Bathroom needs updating. No extra blanket, no robe, no shower cap or mouthwash, mini bar was a chocolate bar and my room was missing it. For $858 a night an extra towel or shower cap would have been nice. No room service in the hotel and the restaurant only had a small cold buffet for breakfast the next morning. Very disappointing."
