「It was a beautiful place! Loved our location. Close to the hot springs pools and right on the river. We could see and hear it from our rooms balcony. Slept with the window open and listened to it all night and it was awesome. There was also a trail loop that ran along the river that you could just hop on and enjoy. We walked it with our 6 year old and had a young buck come right in front of us to cross to the river for a drink. Our son was floored about it. The room was comfortable and...

「Perfect location to downtown Ouray while still feeling a little removed. The access to the Riverwalk allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot the entire trip. Staff were responsive and helpful, while giving us our space as well. Would stay here again.」

「Room 210 has a light outside the bedroom window that shines all night which is annoying! Our room was warm and we had the window open for air and cooling. The small fan for not adequately cool the room. The fire pit was below our room and the gang was there talking until 10pm. We were exhausted from driving all day and wanted to rest. We did not sleep well. It’s a great location but needs a little makeover. Very outdated.」

「Amazing little hotel in the heart of Ouray. Hotel was quiet, we couldn't hear anything through the doors and walls which is amazing for a good night sleep after exploring all day.」

「The fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night, the alarm was faulty. No restaurant, but we paid top prices for sub par food on paper plates 😬. Waterside was out of order. Not a pleasant stay!」

「Its just ok, the property is walkable, close to everything, the hot pools, the waterfalls, shops/restaurant. Room is small but comfy w/ a cabin like atmosphere. We booked for 2 nights thinking they will clean our room after the first day and replace our used towels, but didnt happen. we paid over 500 for 2 nights. I'll just give it 3 stars for that.」
