"Staff on reception were inattentive. Hotel room was dirty, food was cold and not labelled. Drinks were served in cheap plastic cups throughout the hotel and cocktails were an extra expense. We stayed 1 night out of our planned 7 and left. Booked another hotel and so glad we did. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, do not be tempted by the cheap price as we were."

"We had a wonderful stay at Orange County Hotel! The staff were awesome — from the reception to the animation team, everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. When we arrived, the hotel Ebru kindly upgraded our room to a sea view, which made our stay even more special. It’s a great hotel where you can find everything you want. Highly recommended! "Ada hotel is a unique hotel with amazing Meditaranian sea view. Very clean room, generouse breakfast , nice and friendly staff.But this is a hotel you should go in summer time not in rainy and cold weather.this hotel is convenient only for adults , not for children nor for people on wheelchair. Another thing is that this hotel is more accessible for people who have car as it is not inside the city . We enjoyed our stay in Ada hotel and I recommend this hotel to people who want to experiment an exciting and different stay in Alanya. Thank you Ada hotel!"
