The service and staff was mediocre at best. We had to call the receptionist 3 times to get one bath towel. Later at the restaurant we waited 35 minutes for them to serve our drinks. The portions were really small and we ended up spending more $100 for average food. Not worth it here. I don’t think I’ll ever be back

Personal security issue.

No parking place in front of hotel to check in. Parked on the nearest street and walked to hotel to check in. Someone entered our room with the smart key while it was locked from inside. The guy who entered was not an employee of the hotel. We asked to give us new key. Only one key is available even if you ask for two. Not convenient. Room was clean. Hotel located at the beach, so you can walk to the beach.

Disappointing vacation

From the very first day, the front desk agents seemed more concerned with collecting payment than ensuring guest comfort. We had an extra person in the room, and because they had no larger rooms available, we paid extra for the additional guest. However, when we requested extra bedding or a rollaway bed, it took them a few days to provide it. The most serious issue occurred when the glass shower door suddenly shattered while I was showering, sending shards everywhere and causing multiple cuts — one deep enough to require stitches. This was a serious safety hazard. The bathroom became unusable, and since the hotel was fully booked, they could not move us to another room. We had to check out early and find another hotel at our own expense. Hotel did not refund the unused portion of our stay. Overall, the service was poor, the staff lacked genuine concern for guests’ well-being, and safety standards were clearly lacking. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

Otel çok iyi idi ama rezervasyon sırasında ek bina denilen yapı nın deniz tarafında değilde çok işlek bir yolun diğer tarafında olması bizi hayal kırıklığına uğrattı ve başka otele geçme arayışına da girdik açıkçası.çünkü her gün o yolu geçip denize ulaşmanın sıkıntısını yaşadık.

Wir hatten 1 Zimmer im Hauptgebäude mit Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber, alles was man benötigt. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen „kleinen“ Strand zum Meer. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und schmeckt sehr gut, es ist für jeden was dabei. Grosse Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr nett und ständig bemüht. Klare positive Empfehlung, würde wieder dort bleiben.

Sadece manzarası güzel

Ana bina yolun karşı tarafında ve plajdan odaya gitmek için çift yoldan atlamanız gerekiyor. Temizlik fena değil ama daha iyi olabilirdi. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde ayak havlusunda çok kirli bir leke vardı ve öyle bırakılmıştı. Odadaki sulardan biri yarım içilip öyle konulmuş. Odadaki en rahat şey yataktı. Yatakta da koruyucu kullanılmadığı için çarşaf sürekli kayıyordu. Akşam yemeği denemedim fakat öğlen pizza yedim çok güzeldi ama sabah kahvaltı her şey çok karman çorman ve peynirin tadı bozuk gibiydi etrafta sinekler uçuşuyordu. O yüzden yarım bırakıp çıktık. Denizin yan tarafından kötü ve kirli bir su geliyordu bu nedenle kullanmadım. Havuz resime göre bayağı küçük. Tekrar gideceğimi düşünmüyorum.

İlk iki gün ek binada konakladık fazlasıyla temiz ve nezih bir ortamdı çalışanlar gayet güleryüzlüydü nazikti fakat ana binayla ek bina arasında cadde olduğu için son iki günümüzü ana binaya aldırdık orada da otel çalışanları gayet ilgili ve nazikti odası temiz güzel ve yeterliydi sadece banyo gideri sorunluydu su gitmiyordu fakat restorandaki kadın personeller gayet nazik ve güleryüzlü olmasına rağmen erkek personeller çok kaba (özellikle şef garson Rasim bey) ve asık suratlıydılar istemeye istemeye çalışıyor gibiydiler restoranda vantilatör kullanımı kötüydü çünkü önümüzdeki kırıntılar üzerimize uçuşuyordu ayrıca akşam da sahilde oturmamızın yasak olduğunu söylediler yine restoran çalışanları. Restoran kısmı kadın personelleri tenzih ederek söylüyorum bu şekilde kaba nezaketten uzak erkek personellerle devam ederse otel ne kadar iyi olursa olsun tercih edilmeyecek veya memnuniyetsiz ayrılınacak bir seyahat noktası haline gelecek çünkü nezaketten o kadar uzaklardı ki neredeyse bütün beyefendiler teşekkür etsek bir rica ederim demeye tenezzül etmiyorlardı sipariş vermeye kalksak dakikalarca masamıza kimse bakmıyordu biz birilerini durdurmak zorunda kalıyorduk yeme içmede bir afiyet olsun cümlesinden bihaberlerdi güleryüz zaten sıfırdı restorana kahvaltıdan kahvaltıya uğrayacak şekilde giderseniz tatilinizden gayet memnun kalırsınız fakat diğer zaman dilimlerinde restoranı kullanmak isterseniz erkek çalışanlar sizi otelden de tatilinizden de soğutacaktır.

Genel olarak otelin konumu güzeldi,karşıdaki plajı şezlong ücreti vermeden kullanabiliyorsunuz Alanya'da konakladığım birçok otele göre kahvaltı güzeldi,çeşitliliği iyiydi Otel yetişkin oteli olmasına rağmen koridordan çocuk sesleri geliyordu,umarım çocuklu misafir kabul etmiyorlardır Eksi olarak odamızda sabun,havlu gibi ürünler eksikti,biz talep ettikten sonra tamamlandı Sabah dokuz civarında karşı odamızda temizlik yapılırken elemanların sürekli ve yüksek sesli bir konuşma ve müzik sesine maruz kaldıktan sonra uyandık ,bu konuda kesinlikle uyarılmalılar ,bunun harici tekrar tercih edebilirim

Strand war sehr steinig. Da ist der Kleopatra beach besser. Im Internet wurden sehr schöne Ausblicke versprochen aber am Ende wars irgendein Zimmer ganz hinten mit Ausblick auf ein anderes Balkon. Personal an der Rezeption sehr abgehoben und wir wurden nicht freundlich empfangen. Zimmer sind extrem klein wir hatten kaum Platz um uns zu bewegen. WC kleiner als 1,5qm2 . Kein Platz für Koffer etc.

Virkelig lækkert ny renoveret hotel beliggende på stranden samt 100m fra centrum. Dejlige komfortable senge og puder. Baren og restauranten er super lækkert indrettet. Maden og cocktails er udsøgt. Boede på deres annex, virkelig et fund til pengene. Ses snart igen
