「Room had multiple visible red blood stains on the bedding, floor, and bathroom wall/outlet when we checked in late at night. Sheets smelled laundered but were clearly stained. I documented everything with photos and reported it to the manager in the morning. He dismissed it and refused a refund. Expedia support contacted the property but was also refused. This is a sanitation issue, not a preference issue. I would not stay here again.」

「We arrived late on a very cold windy night and the young man at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. When I asked if there were tea bags in the room he said there were but that he could make me a cup as well. I so appreciated his overall thoughtfulness that one doesn’t see much any more, and of course the great cup of tea!」

「The property needs some repairs. Parking lot needs to be repaired. Room is clean and somewhat updated but hallways especially leading to lobby needs updating a repairs 」

「Only stayed 1 night but it was good. Checking in took some time because of a slow moving line but besides that no complaints. Breakfast was included with our stay and we were very impressed with what was provided for a hot breakfast. It was really good to have fresh made hot food.」

「The actual room I had at this location was nowhere near what the photos made it out to look like. My stay at this location started out rocky when I checked in and found out that the room I had just moved my luggage into hadn't been cleaned yet after the previous visitor. The cleaning staff member who came to tidy up was irritated that I was in the unit before it was cleaned, then I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes until she was done. The room and the building are somewhat rundown, but if...
