「The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. 「Lovely, clean room overlooking the black sea. The host was friendly and helpful accomodating our late night arrival. Her ebglish was very good. Parking was in the near by public lot. There was a walk up steps to the hotel. Nessebar is a quaint ancient small town to walk. Highly recommend the Panoramuc Blue.」

「It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant...

「This is a great location if you want to party and let loose. Also conveniently located to the beach and walking distance to shops. However, we were looking for a much quieter and laid back location. I would still recommend this location to those that are looking for a bit of that nightlife.」
