"A must stay if you’re in the vik area. Homey feeling, welcoming environment, excellent value and great staff make this place unforgettable. Not only did we get served with cake on our first night, we sat in a hot tub beneath a WATERFALL, which was the perfect way to relax after a day full of exhausting activities. I would come back to Iceland just to stay here again I cannot recommend enough :)"

"Check in was easy, but it’s not at the property. It is a very short walk away at a hotel We were in room 107. The room is like an efficiency apartment with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is considered two beds, but it could be a queen bed. The beds were super comfortable. The shower was nice. It had a towel warmer. The shower pressure was good and hot water was available at all times. The room had a small balcony. A hair dryer is available for use in the restroom They have a communal area with a coffee maker, ice and a small fridge. They also have a small washer and dryer. Detergent is provided. Parking is on site and there’s plenty of it"

"The room was fantastic: clean, though there were a few food items left from previous occupants in the refrigerator, and the one window twisty thing was broken - but otherwise great. Everything in town is within a 5-10 minute walk."

"This guesthouse is in the center of the city. It’s clean and well maintained. Parking is easy at the front of the guesthouse. Check-in time was 2 pm but I didn’t get check in code until 2:20."

"The accommodation was spacious, but had lots of room for improvement. It met the minimum standard of cleanliness (the bedding and mattresses were clean) but overall it is a worn-out farmhouse and there were bugs, cobwebs, etc. The windows could use curtains for privacy especially in the bathroom. Meeting the farm animals was fun. There are many dogs and cats as well as typical farm animal like sheep. It is probably not a good fit for people who like neat and tidy accommodations, but otherwise it was okay for an overnight stay."
