"The room was clean, the soaps needed to be filled and the AC wasnt too cold in our room. The hotel itself was just a bit toasty. It was convenient having a washer dryer next us, and the staff was very friendly. "

"We called the hotel and asked if we could check in early (1.5 hrs early) but we were told it was going to be a $45 per hour fee. We got there 10 minutes early but we were told our room wasn’t available because it wasn’t clean and to come back at our “regular check in”, my husband told them that was in 10 minutes and they said to come back in 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes we were told to come back 2 hours later because there wasn’t a room available for us!!!! We drove over 7 hours and wanted to rest but we were given the runaround. Would we have gotten a room if we paid an extra $90??? Make it make sense! "
