"Room carpet was disgusting, massive stains. Furniture was gross stains everywhere. Bathroom tub had hairs and pubic hairs.. No coffee.. My mom had heart procedure at a heart hospital 2 blocks away, hospital called it a homeless hotel. People where coming and going all through the am hours. Which we could hear because our room was right next to an iron gate that creaked opened and slammed closed every time.."

"Staff were super friendly! Rooms were clean and bed was soooo comfortable! Best sleep I had in days! A lot of restaurants near by! I love the little details that the hotel had like complementary toothpaste. (I forgot.) and slippers in the room. "

"The pool"

"The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. Our first room was very old and the capet was stained and in terrible condition the screen was hanging off of the slider to the balcony and the security latch to the door fell off. There were phones in the room but they weren’t plugged into anything so I had to drive over to the lobby for help changing rooms. Another issue was the extensive noise from workers and leaf blowers and construction from surrounding properties. It was not a peaceful stay at all!"
