「This property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Upon checking in we had the pleasure of meeting Primitivo, one of the staff members, who was always going above and beyond. The staff was not only great to us, but my six-month Pomeranian was greated with his own bed and bowl. The Tropicana Restaurant is definitely a must, especially if Roberto is at the bar. 「The property is well maintained, and the views from the common areas framed by pillars and marble are gorgeous. The room was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. Could not hear the adjacent rooms when indoors. The restaurant Lena is fabulous - the Cuban night food was sensational - I wish it had been open every night. The other restaurant Vela had a charming atmosphere, but the food was average. Every member of staff interacted with were friendly, polite, and helpful.」
