"Our stay at The Residence Tunis was, without exaggeration, one of the most exceptional holidays we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with such care and precision that it set the tone for the entire week. The airport transfer was seamless, the luggage porter attentive, and the reception team ensured that our check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The resort itself is absolutely picturesque. Each morning felt like something out of a dream, waking up to the gentle sound of birds, with the sea just beyond, and a view from our room that was simply breathtaking. That peaceful atmosphere stayed with us throughout our stay and made it incredibly difficult to leave. Every aspect of the experience was executed to a very high standard. The room service was prompt and consistent, breakfast offered both quality and variety, and the restaurants delivered a truly top-tier dining experience. We especially enjoyed our visits to El Dar, where the atmosphere, food, and hospitality made each evening memorable. The spa facilities were equally impressive — from the indoor thermal pool to the treatments themselves, everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The private beach and outdoor pool added another layer of relaxation, while the music nights brought a lovely energy to the evenings."

"Great hotel. Close to the airport. Staff is great and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. AC is off until May 1 which doesn’t say that in the listing but with the windows open it was ok."

"Pas de stationnement, alors que c’est mentionné : c’était un critère de sélection. L’hôtel est vide (12 chambres louées), mais on nous a donné celle au 2e étage juste à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Le problème, il y a un théâtre dans le sous-sol et à la sortie à 23H00, c’est plus que bruyant. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi donner ces chambres alors que l’hôtel est vide. En plus, à 22H00, nous étions couchés et endormis, on se fait réveiller par la réception au téléphone…quelqu’un va passer pour que je signe le ticket du souper. On avait demandé un réveil à 6H30…donc déduire que les clients dorment à 22h00 c’est trop demandé. Bref, séjour d’une nuit très décevant, nous avons très mal dormi et pas avant minuit. Belle préparation pour une journée complète de vols à faire. Enfin, le personnel n’est pas naturellement sympathique. On a connu beaucoup mieux ailleurs en Tunisie. Certes, le ramadan n’a rien pour aider. Au final, les installations sont 5 étoiles mais pas le personnel."

"Well this hotel is one of the most convenient around the airport zone, 3 km from the airport one main road, sits in a small area called Lac 1, has a great choice of restaurants all within walking distance plus good small coffee shops, two or three local convenience stores and a great supply of taxis to whizz you around, ommelletes at breakfast with hot or cold meats are great"

"Great staff, they were very helpful with room service left out window open all day and upgraded us to a suit. But overall expect extreme tourist pricing on everything else. AC had problems all over the building. No actual beach access. Do yourself a favour and just go to Greece or Italy. "
