We stayed one week in a two bedroom suite with our family and the apartment was completely invaded by ants everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, living room and even the beds, which made it impossible to sleep. A chemical treatment was applied once but the ants returned the next day even worse. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. 「Adjacent to parks, midway between train station and medina Meknes. 15 minutes walk to medina and 10 minutes walk to Grand Taxi station to Moulay Idriss. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Swimming pool or medina views are fantastic.」

「We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius.」
