"The stay at this hotel was not what I was expecting at all. I paid more to have a better room and to begin it took over an hour to receive my room and a lady that was helping the girl that was checking us in was very rede and had a terrible service. It is not close to the beach and the pools close at 10pm but the worst part of all is that that we stayed at a better room and it was floated and ended up falling asleep with the maintenance guy fixing the roof.
