「The staff attitude is very good.」

「Very professional!」

「Everything was wonderful! We had a wonderful time! Very comfortable I will highly recommend 👍」

「Gross」

「Ok」

「The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. 」

「Nothing special. Neither good not bad. Bathroom was not the best. Shower was not very hot, nor much water pressure and shower head was broken. Bed was comfortable.」

「The place had a old carpet smell to it, when we were putting lysol on the bed and pillows a spider came out. Wife is allergic to any spider/bug bite, so she opted to sleep in our vehicle ! Name of “Luxury” carries a implied sense of being very good, but this is totally opposite!」

「We picked this place because of its proximity to the Lackland graduation, as most people do. However, outside the room was a nightmare. The room itself was decent, though our sink drained slowly and the showerhead sprayed in all different directions. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well, but I wouldn't recommend the pool. 4/10」

「I’m checking and go rooms 3 minutes,We check out right away Don’t look pictures and booking this place I’m not cone back .」
