「Everything was very good. Check in and out was very smooth. The apartment was very clean, airconditioned, kitchen fully equipped to cook even big meals. Stuff were great and I would like to thank Christina, Mostafa, Bahaa, Amr and the cleaning stuff Shaymaa, Manal and Mona. Thank you all 」

Trsd 2 horas de conversaciones con hoteles.com y el hotel, Tuvimos que aceptar por que ya eran las 2am. Nuestra reserva estaba realalizada 1 mes antes. El desayuno escaso, y si se gastaba la fruta que no era mucha, no se reponia. Un pais donde la fruta es muy economica」

「Where do I even begin. After 12 hours of traveling my partner and I arrived at this hotel and immediately felt uncomfortable due to the camel & horse droppings smell but we figured it’s a part of the experience. We did our booking on Expedia so upon arrival I gave them our itinerary number and information to confirm that we had a booking and this is where things get..uncomfortable. The man at the front desk says to us that since we booked on Expedia and they “no longer work with Expedia”...

「I have never seen a hotel this bad. The lies about the name and adr. It looked like a war zone. No working lift and I had to walk to the 8th floor. The entire hotel was as in someone’s apartment complex and I thought I was going to get murdered. Do not go here!!!」

「Horrible, gérante qui ne veut que gagner de l'argent. Elle nous a facturé le trajet de l'aéroport à l'hôtel à 1000 livres alors qu'il est censé être gratuit et qu'il est sur Uber 350 livres maximum. De plus elle est devenue agressive et désagréable quand on a refusé de faire une activité avec elle qu'elle proposait a 200 dollars américains. 「La chambre de luxe trois lit avec mini bar inclus n’existe pas la description était erroné. Description aurait du être petite chambre deux lit simple avec petit frigo vide. Sale de bain pleine de moisissures avec douche avec trous dans le fond ce qui inonde votre sale de bain gens qui fume à l’intérieur .tapis sale à l’intérieur et a l’extérieur insalubre bateau qui vous intoxique avec la vapeur d’essence chaque soir quand il part pour deux heures en balade sur le Nil et la musique commence avec...

「Nice room. A few problems. Didn’t have the couch made into a bed. The tipping culture is beyond crazy. Every person wants a tip for doing anything at all」

「The small hotel is on the first floor. There is no lift but the steps are easy to manage for an aged traveller like myself as there are rails. Our twin room was on the small side but clean and well-maintained and we loved the walk-in shower. Breakfast was good and the staff were a highlight. Garden City is very central and the Uber service inCairo is remarkable in its speedy access and very reasonable pricing.」
