「Room itself is quite fine! 」

「The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance from everything. It was hard to get cleaning services, the check in process was a little difficult. The shower soap was 5 in 1, the toilet paper was paper towels, the mattress had a mattress topper that kept sliding off, no fridge, no microwave anywhere in the hotel room or in the hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here more than 2-3 days.」

「Booked this hotel as it looked really good online. Also have been looking for a hotel out of the city centre and close to the Vondel Park, for regular trips to Amsterdam. Broke three ribs prior to travel and so was unable to travel as was finding it difficult to walk. I realise a booked a non-refundable ticket, and requested a change of date. I thought that the hotel would have had a bit of sympathy for my situation. But no, they refused to move the date. This room could easily have been...

「This was a hidden little gem I wish I had found on previous trips. The local vibe and location are awesome. I will say that the only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars was due to two things. The cleaning crew left their cleaning supplies on the counter, not a huge deal, however, the loud neighbors at 2, 3, 4 am were a little overboard. 」

「Strutta consigliatissima, fuori dal centro ma noi eravamo comodissimi a muoverci con una bici a noleggio. La zona è molto carina, riqualificata e con tutti i servizi necessari. Tralaltro il ferry che collega al centro è gratuito. Self check-in facile e comodissimo. L'agenzia proprietaria presente, attenta e disponibile, anche se per fortuna non abbiamo mai avuto alcun problema.
