I have changed two rooms during this stay, one time it's upstairs the restaurant, the other time it's facing the other side of street ( which most of the rooms are facing the two streets) and both are loud at night, not only the weekends. 「This is a super little hotel beside the Cathedral, really short walk to the old town, the beach, the river, and the bus station! Really stylish and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient.
