「Best spot to stay and enjoy the Gateway Arch the fullest. Only a few steps away, the convience couldn't be beat! Attentive service, good beds and despite the high self park garage at $36/night, it was worthwhile after a tiring day of sightseeing. 」

「The location is very good. My family enjoyed the evening kickback and the observation deck. Very close walking proximity to the stadium and the arch. The elevator system is a bit confusing. 」

「Our trip was to go to an away soccer game. The hotel was convenient for walking to the stadium and for walking to the Arch, which was also one of the things on our list. The staff was very helpful during our stay for eating suggestions and for answered all of our questions.」

「We had some maintenance issues but the front desk had maintenance up to work on this with in 5 minutes. The evening desk staff were ever patient with helping another guest that needed accommodations. Unfortunately the hot tub broke just days before our stay but the pool was open and was very clean. The hotel was fully booked with a school trip and the baseball game guest but just a short wait for breakfast is nothing while sipping a free mimosa. 」

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」
