"Our stay was amazing, hotel is located near so many shops and restaurants including a Uniqlo on the first floor so that was a plus! Subway stop a block away and there was a Lawson, 7-Eleven and Family Mart very close as well as a Don Quijote. Will definitely consider staying here once again during our next trip!"

"What an amazing partnered Disney hotel! The hotel was great! My daughter loved that from 2pm-11pm there was a snack station with candy, chocolates, puff ice cream, and DRINKS! yes, alcohol is included between that time and slushies/soft drinks for kids. We will definitely be back. The shuttle was a great plus along with their Tirtoir room that had everything you could think of. "

"Great location, right in the heart of asakusa and close to 2 train stations. Clean, nice staff, 4/5 breakfast. They have 6 options from a menu and a buffet on the side so you won’t go hungry. They also had snacks and drinks on the top floor from 1500-2100. Great place to get some refreshments and enjoy the view of the location you’re at. "

"The overall area of the property is a nice part of Sumida City which is only a 10min walk from the Skytree as well as the nearest bus or train station for convenience. It is surrounded by many local grocery stands and nice restaurants to frequent. The room provided all necessary amenities in order to enjoy a comfortable stay. "

"This was the only disappointing experience we had in Japan. It’s marketed as a budget hotel, but even for a budget option, it falls short. During our five-night stay, the room was properly cleaned only once. On the other days, staff merely emptied the bins and replaced the towels — they didn’t even make the beds or clean the sink. When we asked at the front desk about the cleaning schedule, we were simply pointed to a QR code on the desk and told the information was there. The staff were quite rude and unhelpful (none of them was Japanese btw) The walls are dirty, and the overall condition of the hotel feels neglected and unpleasant. The only thing that looks nice is the reception area shown in the photos — which is misleading compared to the rest of the property. I would avoid this hotel."
