如果有火车站到达或出发的行程，这里可太方便了，行李寄存一天小包也才1.5磅，相比之前在都柏林4小时5磅的费用，简直业界良心，早餐在对面吃，6磅的费用能否接受；

Come only on a super tight budget
Good: #1 Its location is perfect, highly accessible Bad: 1. Triple bunk is horrible, too small 2. Wifi is an open network 3. The room is humid and dark 4. The in-room toilet is a bit smelly 5. The in-room locker is a bit worn 6. Bear in mind there are bars downstairs, it can be quite noisy mid-night

Strongly recommend
1. Good Service At the first , the hostel gave me stay in old quarter , it is very bad condition , after my request , they changed me to the new flat , it is All Good . 2. Very, Very, Very, near the train station , just opposite of Waverley Station . 3. Strongly recommend in booking to stay in new flat.

离机场大巴站非常近，出门就有出租车，交通非常便利。

不想拉行李的可以考慮這裡
地點很好就在火車站斜對面，要到愛丁堡城堡或其他景點，走路都可到。樓下是兩間Bar聯在一起，就一般放地上那種招牌要注意看才會找到。WiFi蠻快的，有簾子、床上有usb插座和小燈很不錯！早餐3鎊可以吃飽，雖然種類不多，但不小氣會一直補充。第一次睡這種3層床，一直撞到頭，很有壓迫感，怕壓迫的人，想好再訂，有電梯，雖然很舊很慢。

Worst hostel experience ever
The hostel is located in old town, which is near the castle. It is very convenient, next to the railway station and airport bus station is within 5 mins walk. There is a lift in the hostel which is good. I've met two staff, one from Spain (I think) is very nice but another is cool with no smile. Wifi is only available in chill out room. There is no free left luggage service. You have to rent a locker but the price is acceptable, cheaper than the railway station. The room is clean and the bed is quite comfy. The bathroom is included in the female dorm and it is clean and quite big. However, no personal light provided for each bed causes inconvenience. When the room light is switched off at 8pm, I have to use my small torch to pack my things. Also, I've met a inconsiderate roommate who turned on the room light at 2AM!!!!!! There are two pubs on the ground floor of the hostel which are quite noisy. To conclude, I will not stay in this hostel again.

最大優勢是離車站非常近，客房算舒適，樓下是兩間小酒吧，氣氛不錯，住宿可以獲得還不錯的折扣，但偶爾也有客人在街上喧鬧。 但交誼廳就略顯狹小，容易被飲酒大聊的群體佔滿，偏偏網路只能在交誼廳跟酒吧使用。裡面有個小冰箱跟微波爐可用。 另一個優點是洗衣烘衣機和洗衣粉都是免費的，讓人感動。

離車站超近! 有電梯不用費力扛行李!
離Waverley車站超近, 如有大型行李考慮入住此間, 因為從車站過個馬路就到了, 甚至從機場搭機場快線到市區也是停在附近而已, 且hostel內有電梯可使用! 附的早餐雖然選擇不多, 不過也算是能吃飽了, 唯一缺點就是廁所浴室在房間內, 如果室友在使用廁所浴室時, 抽風機的聲音會打擾到睡眠。房間乾淨，有附浴巾，進出樓層及房間是用刷卡的，相當方便。

Don't recommand
There are good kitchen. You can your beer and food in the bar. The taste was really nice. However, the room was poor. Crowed and not enough plugs in the room.

好處good location and cheap, 但是不要有太多期望
最好的地方是good location, 一出火車站過馬路，再行十幾步就到。因為愛丁堡有山路，所以你可以不用拉行李箱周圍走。 但是Hostel 好舊， 我住十人房有廁所， 廁所都乾淨（當然要視乎你其他同房的衛生情況），有些逼，插頭不足夠十人用，有同房認為暖氣不夠，因為我的床位剛好在暖氣旁邊，所以我不覺得涷。有免費早餐，只是麫包同榖物。不過價錢算是便宜。

No a comfortable place
I stayed there for two nights. The room is too small. My two of flatmates got drunk the both nights and came back really late, totally cant sleep well. and the breakfast just have some cereal and bread..

Perfect Location and nice staff
The location is perfect and the room is quite clean. The bed is cozy and staff is really friendly and helpful.

It's a hostel. So it means you have to expect what a hostel can offer. I thought booking a private room would have been different. Private rooms were located at 5th floor and the very slow lift arrives only at 4th. Door lock was out of service from inside, shower was cold, even turning the handle to completely hot, and overflooded the pavement (but they provide the magic broom to clean it). Cleanliness was not good, I found a candy on the floor (so nobody swept it). In the end room was essential for a one night stay (considering I couldn't had a shower), bed very comfortable and view amazing. The precious thing is location: close to the station and in the very heart of the city.

Poor service and untidy place
I was about to leave my luggage but one of the staff says that they can store the luggage but there’s a fee and I told him that I don’t have cash and I will not be too long I just need to buy something and the storage accept only cash and he directed me to the train station but when I supposed to leave I saw him accepting luggage from other guest for free. The place was dirty and they don’t have soap and shampoo in their showers. There’s a lot of areas that needs improvement. I’ve stayed in two St Christopher hostel before and this is the worse experience that I had.

J'ai passé trois jours à cette hostel et que dire, je suis satisfait dans l'ensemble mais je le conseille plutôt à ceux qui veulent passé juste une nuitée,le personnel est serviable et à l'écoute des toilettes et douche collective disponible mais dormir avec plus de 20 personnes dans une chambre n'est vraiment ça...ceux viennent très tard et font de bruit, ceux qui se parlent entre eux, ceux qui ronflent etc etc

This was a great location for our family on the tail end of our Scotland trip. Close to everything. Friendly staff. Clean family room with private bath.

Open ended check in time means people are coming in at all hours so sleep is impossible. Parking on the street is limited and nearly £7 an hour. Only one washer and dryer as the other two are labelled “out of order” so staff can use them to wash towels and then leave the piles lying everywhere in the laundry. Chill out room was not an option- stank so bad I was nearly sick. Group in the female only room next door came in at 1:30am laughing and talking in the hallway. They were in their 40-50s so should have known better. They also had a man staying with them even though it was the female only section. Only good thing about the place is the proximity to landmarks- could walk to everything. Definitely will not be staying again.

Location of the hostel is absolutely perfect for exploring everything in Edinburg. The guys at the reception were cool and friendly. Dorms were clean and well-organised and despite having 18 beds it didn't feel too cramped or crowded. Personal lockers provided inside the dorm as well as ensuite toilet and shower in addition to the communal ones. Beds have small shelf, reading light and USB-outlet which did not work in my bed though. All in all very good hostel and a very pleasant stay.
