This was in a fantastic location and the rooftop views are amazing. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only downside was getting in and out of the shower/tub as it was a bit dangerous and there are a lot of stairs - especially if the elevator isn’t working. Other than that I would absolutely recommend staying here. We do plan to stay here again in the future.

The room was large, very comfortable and well appointed, including beautiful view, comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen and the staff could not have been kinder more helpful or more pleasant rooftop Terrace was incredible. The entire location was wonderful. I have nothing but absolute praise. Top to bottom for the entire place in the staff

Property itself was in great conditions with clean rooms. The only thing I would point out is instead of a double bed I was given a property where all the bedrooms had 2 single beds joined together. With a 3 year old toddler it was challenging for us as a family to have a good sleep.

Check in went smoothly. Charlie was great! Noise level was terrible early in the morning and late evening. Children in the building playing loudly and stomping on floor to create disruption. Terrible.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location is unbeatable—right next to Waverley Station and just a 5-minute walk to the Royal Mile. The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. The only drawback was a hole/opening in the bedroom wall. We specifically booked an apartment for bedroom privacy, so having that gap defeated the main purpose of choosing a separate bedroom layout. With that issue fixed, it would be an ideal stay!

Unfortunately the lift broke on our last day and we were on the third floor however they sent up someone to carry my bags down at 5:30 AM on the day that we left. They provided excellent service and were very helpful answering any questions that we had. Charlie was the best!!!

Excellent location! The view from the rooftop is amazing! Great amenities. Some instruction on how to use the shower and stove would have been appreciated but we worked it out in the end. I would definitely stay here again. Clean and well furnished

Amazing location if you don’t mind a few minute walk to everything. And when we were tuckered out, the lounge was a great place to decompress with a GnT or Martini and read a book. Will be coming back
