The hotel was great near all attractions. The issue I had was I needed to cancel a room but couldn’t do it through Expedia. They advised to contact the hotel directly, but as I’d booked and paid through Expedia I couldn’t cancel it direct. So ended up paying for a room and a breakfast that I didn’t use.

The guy at front desk during day wasn’t very friendly. The gentleman at night was lovely. Getting to the property was difficult with senior citizens and again the front desk man was not friendly.

Had a wonderful experience staying with Premier Inn! The staff was great and accommodating. Specifically for allowing us to store our luggage for as long as we did. Highly recommend!

Pros: -Location is amazing. Within walking distance of a lot of great things. -Cheap Cons: -Floors are a bit dirty. No fan in bathroom means all smells linger. -Could not do early check in. When I went to my room there was the strong smell of poop, meaning it wasn't cleaned well or someone just pooped in the bathroom. -Staff varied. Some staff was helpful and friendly, other staff was weirdly rude. -Cheap feeling. Had the delux room and was near identical to my friends regular room save for the better wifi. Overall - a cheap option in a great location, but it does feel cheap and hospitality is hit or miss.

The location is good, however we were not pleased with the room. We booked a family room with two twin beds. I find it hard to believe these were beds. In fact, one was a ottoman type piece, very hard with just a sheet placed over it, no mattress padding. if you turned during the night, the sheet slipped off. Needless to say, by morning the sheets were on the floor and you were stuck to a vinal board( for lack of a better description) I think a park bench with a blanket might have been more comfortable. The other twin was close to a drafty window that made for a very cold night. I accidently booked a day early, which was fine, and an extra day at the end of our trip. When I asked to get a refund for the last day(way prior to the stay) I was told by Expedia that it was up to the hotel, and the hotel told me it was up to Expedia. I realize this was my error, but which party would have been able to help me? They both blamed each other. We did check out a day early, so I know the hotel was perhaps able to re-book the room. Staff was nice, but not overly friendly. The exception was a housekeeper that cleaned the room...Very friendly.

Purtroppo la camera era sporca , peli nel bagno e federe sporche . Ci hanno proposto un cambio stanza dopo aver contattato Expedia ma essendo arrivati tardi e dovendo partire molto presto abbiamo deciso di desistere per paura che un cambio camera non cambiasse la situazione di poca pulizia presente anche nei corridoi dell’albergo . Stanza grande ma claustrofóbica per luci e arredamento . Bagno al di là della pulizia davvero orrendo . Wi-Fi buono

Personale gentile, posizione centrale, comoda per gli spostamenti. La camera era essenziale e molto spaziosa. Da migliorare la cura delle camere, in 3 giorni non ci hanno mai cambiato le asciugamani e rassettato la camera, ma tutto sommato ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

El hotel está bonito, buena ubicación. El único problema era que la habitación 123 siempre estaba muy caliente, aún apagando la calefacción parecía horno, tenía que prender el aire acondicionado para poder estar dentro. El calor se sentía en el piso, imagino que en el planta de abajo había resistencias que hacían que se calentara mucho la habitación

Las habitaciones son cómodas, desafortunadamente la limpieza es mala. Cuando llegamos, en las sábanas había una pestaña postiza, lo que indicada wow no dieron cambiadas. Se tiene que hacer la solicitud de la limpieza, cosa que realizaban en menos de 10 minutos y sólo hacían cambio de toallas, sin lavar baño, no sé aspiraba, incluso en una ocasión noté un mal olor en una toalla, me hace pensar que era una toalla sucia de alguna otra habitación que sólo doblaron.

Classica catena Premier INN. Personale reception eccellente, tutti bravi ragazzi molto disponibili. Avevamo una bella camera al sesto piano, vista laterale. Punto dolente è la pulizia. Alla reception ti dicono che se vuoi la pulizia della camera devi avvisarli, ma è praticamente inesistente: mettete sempre le pantofole o tenete le scarpe in bagno, altrimenti i piedi si incollano al pavimento tanto che non verrà mai lavato come si deve da tempo. Forniscono un solo asciugamano viso, nonostante fossimo in due. In 5 giorni non sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola, nonostante uno fosse visibilmente sporco. Tazze usate non venivano pulite, in pratica la pulizia consiste nel gettare la spazzatura e coprire i letti. Inoltre le camere non hanno la possibilità di aprire la finestra, quindi non c’é mai un cambio di aria pulita. La colazione viene servita al loro ristorante piano terra fronte strada, non so se é una cosa provvisoria. Per quella intercontinentale si paga circa 12 sterline al giorno e visto i costi di Edimburgo, non é male. Buffet discreto, mi aspettavo più scelta per i dolci e qualche verdura. Nel complesso siamo stati bene, la posizione é ottima, consiglio di migliorare la pulizia, visto che è l’unico servizio incluso nella tariffa che offrono.

Wir haben das Superior Zimmer m. Stadtview gewählt,bis auf Minibar war die Ausstattung Basic,kein Schrank,keine Kosmet.tücher ,2gr.+1 kl.Handtuch,Blick auf Innenhof,wo man ggü. in and. Zimmer reinschauen kann;das ging aus Exp.beschreibg. nicht hervor
Auslegware mit Flecken überall,Zimmerservice muss an der Rezeption angefragt werden(ob gross oder klein),haben wir bei 4 ÜF 1x gemacht,um den Mülleimer leeren zu lassen
Blick unter den Schreibtisch,Kaffeekapselmachine,Wasserkocher und Zubehör,wie Gläser,Tassen,Löffel,Kaffee,Milch,Zucker,Tee sind vorhanden
..immer wieder der Fussboden.... Das Zimmer im 6.Stock war ruhig.Der Ausblick leider enttäuschend,die Vorhänge haben wir die ganze Zeit zugelassen,um nicht beobachtet zu werden
