Lovely apartment for tourists.

Lovely apartment with usable kitchen. Excellent location for tourists. Nice shower and thick towels. We found a loaf of VERY mouldy bread in the cupboard. Not enough toilet paper. The puĺ-out couch wasnt terribly comfortable although the main bed was.

The property was located on Hanover St which was convenient. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. However, since our room was directly above a bar, there was a lot of noise at night. It is also close to Princes St and lots of public transportation. It is walkable to the Royal Mile and tourist attractions. The unit itself had high ceilings, but didn’t feel cozy. Kitchen was functional. Bathroom lacked hooks for hanging towels and clothes.

Good location but not for everyone

Stayed in apt 4 for 3 nights. The place was clean and close to sight seeing. If you are traveling without kids, it’s great. But for a family of 4, it’s a bit tight. The bar next door got noisy at times - can hear rowdy people outside and bottles being dumped in the dumpster in the courtyard.

A reasonably convenient place within reasonable walking distance from dining areas and things like the Royal Mile, Calton Hill, Edinburgh Castle, and others. Room was clean and the unit was spacious, especially the living area. A 3rd rollaway bed was available for a 3rd traveler in the unit. Room had a fridge and kitchenette. However, there is no 24/7 front desk, and you enter using a keypad on the front door, then another digital lock in the room door. If you want certain things delivered prior to check-in (like a portable wifi by mail), it may not be possible because of this arrangement. So there is some inconvenience, but offset by the lower cost of this lodging in Edinburgh. All-in-all, we were satisfied with the arrangement, location, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the staff. Would consider to stay again in the future!

Good communication re entry. Comfy , clean bed. Central location, good array of breakfast places round about (advise book at weekend) Bedside table & window ledge in bedroom dusty. Couldnt get tv to work . It kept saying no signal please check the power of device. Sadly no toaster Would go back

The property was in a great position and was very clean. We had a problem with heating & Valentina (who works for Monosuites) could not have been more helpful. Only downside was huge extractor fans outside bedroom window that were on for 24hours. Ear plugs were provided!

Great location for exploring Edinburgh

I had a very comfortable stay. The flat was huge and clean. It was useful to have a little kitchen. The location was perfect for exploring Edinburgh on foot and a short walk to the train station. I was unfamiliar with the ways of an unstaffed establishment, but there was kind, patient and helpful communication to guide me via phone conversation and the ROKI link. If you are not used to living near a bustling street like Hanover Street, you may have a bit of trouble sleeping if you are a light sleeper, but that's just the nature of being in a city and part of the excitement. I would stay again.

Perfect location. Modern clean apartment. Freezing on arrival and took a long time to heat up. Heating should have been switched on prior to arrival so apartment was warm at check in. Flat sleeps 4 but only comfy seats was the sofa so could benefit from another couple of comfy seats. Only 3 seats for dining. Toaster would be beneficial.

We stayed here for one night to attend a funeral. It was a last minute booking although we are very familiar with the area. The rooms themselves were fabulous, everything that was needed. We stayed on a random Wednesday night in November but despite this it was quite loud overnight. The property left earplugs which was a lovely touch and the noise doesn’t bother us but worth noting. Super close to everything needed and felt safe. The biometric entry is fab and no time is wasted with reception procedures.
