The room Felt like home. It was warm, charming and very comfortable. The large space made the suitcases an ease to pack up and unpack as well. You wont regret choosing this location while in Edinburgh.

This property is in an excellent location, just off princes street. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were able to leave our bags prior to reception opening hours and check out which was brilliant. The room was lovely. The bed was very comfy and felt very fresh and clean. There was a fan in the room as well as a coffee machine toaster kettle. Can’t fault this place 👍

Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, light and airy, big apartment space. Only downsides are no lift and annoyingly, very poorly insulated windows mean you hear every sound on the street...cars, drunk people coming home, rubbish collection etc etc if that was addressed this would be the perfect place to stay in Edinburgh!

Beautiful suite with a garden however be prepared for stairs. It was clean and sufficient with a small kitchen in a great location. Had to wait almost an hour upon arrival as our room was not cleaned which should have given a discount for in my opinion. We did enjoy our stay.

Outstanding room, immaculately clean. Had everything and more we needed and the location could not have been better. The bed was extremely comfy and generously sized. I really enjoyed the shower and bathroom too. Exceeded expectations and remarkable value for money. It is not the fault of the apartment but I would say it might be worth recommending guests bring earplugs as the air conditioning units in surrounding businesses are very loud. It did keep me from sleeping.
