Can't say enough good things about this property. It looked absolutely new with upgrades. Super clean and well equipped. We stayed in a large studio suite with Castle View. You are a short few minutes walk from the Royal Mile and Victoria Street or Greyfriar Bobby's in the opposite direction. Less stairs and uphill on this side of town as well. We had a fantastic anniversary stay. Can't recommend enough!

I was skeptical about only receiving a code, but it was so easy and convenient! The luggage storage is right inside the front door. The apartment was exactly as advertised. The location was very ideal.

Stop researching hotels and book this property! Communication, check in, location, amenities was top notch. 5 min walk to the Witchery, 7 min walk to castle. We LOVED this property so much. We booked the superior studio #7 and it was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. You could instantly tell the owners thought through every detail and the staff we encountered were so kind and helpful. Never heard any others coming and going. The shower was amazing and such a bonus to have a washer/dryer right in the apartment. While they do not offer daily housekeeping, if you needed anything, they efficiently gave it to you.(like extra towels or coffee pods). This was our first time to Edinburgh and I am so grateful I booked this property. Restaurants and shopping, sites literally a stones throw away. Stayed three nights but wish it was longer.

clean, convenient, roomy, and responsive! The view was inspiring, and the location was perfect for walking to all the sights. My friends have already asked me for the itinerary to replicate this trip!! It's hard to find accommodations for a single mom with two teen/young adult sons. This gave us the right space for our needs in a great area.

We had a wonderful stay in this very charming and spotlessly clean apartment. It is strategically located, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot. The apartment was perfect for the two of us, spacious, well equipped with everything we needed, and exceptionally clean. The team made everything super smooth for me and my husband from start to finish. A special mention to Elizabeth, who manages the building, she was very helpful and accommodating, and her thoughtful recommendations truly made our stay feel extra special. She also checked in on us to make sure we felt at home, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for future guests: there are stairs, so it may be something to consider if you’re carrying large luggage or have knee problems. It wasn’t an issue for us at all. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay again.

The deluxe studio I stayed in was very spacious, big windows that look out to the street, high ceilings, a separate sitting area next to the comfortable bed, well maintained amenities (heated towel rack!)I had everything I needed, including dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent so all I had to buy was food. Iade good used the Nespresso machine and the staff was kind enough to replenish me with cream and coffee pods on my second day. The kitchen had enough cookware to fry an egg and boil pasta; they even have a baking sheet if you felt like baking cookies. The hotel had a lot of different restaurants with diverse cuisine that I didn't get bored with my choices if I fancied eating out. I was travelling solo and I felt very safe with different codes for the front door and a different code for my hotel room as well. I will say that because my deluxe studio was facing the street, I could hear the garbage collector trucks well into midnight because as I mentioned, the hotel was surrounded by restaurants. The management/ staff are also responsive via Whatsapp when I had a request at 8am regarding a drying rack. All in all, a great stay and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Edinburgh.
