CoDE the loft is conveniently located not far from the Waverly train station and trams. The staff.were.exceptionally helpful and kind. The room was clean and modern. I was a little hestitant to share a room as an older traveller, but the pod style beds were comfotable and private. High five for this hostel!

Stayed two nights in a female only room (4 beds). Convenient location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room, bed sheets, towels and bathroom/shower were all very clean. Got all the essentials needed (hair dryer, shampoo,etc.). A secure code lock was assigned for luggage storage, which is very helpful. The only thing missed was that laundry was not accessible on site. They have it in another location CODE—the Court. Overall had a wonderful stay. Felt safe and comfy as a solo traveller. Definitely recommend it.

Just steps away from the Royal Mile and all the exciting tourist landmarks, as well as transit, shops and restaurant/bars. A little apartment with a lovely rooftop deck and kitchenette so we could enjoy some home made meals in between sight-seeing.
