「Beautiful grounds. Swimming pool Water jug and glasses in room. Nice breakfast Nice pillows, bed a little firm for my liking but you will never please everyone with beds」

「Clean room, had everything we needed. Close to bars, restaurants, tourist attractions and the bus station. Front desk is open 24 hours and staff are very attentive. 」

「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」

「Stayed in two different rooms as I had to unexpectedly extend my stay. The staff are absolutely lovely, and very helpful, room service and restaurant are both excellent. I would recommend opting for one of the “deluxe” options, as there is a significant difference in room quality compared to the standard room. 」

「Fantastic and spacious room for our 3 night stay with great helpful staff from the reception desk to concierge to the dining areas to the daily room cleaners. Very nice food and selection for breakfast and tasty bar meal experience as well.」

「It was full of Beatles history (like a museum) and the music in the lobby was 24 hours (chuckle). My room was a handicap room so it was really large but a bit awkward. It was soooo quiet! Loved that there were two layers of curtains that opened and closed beautifully. Great elevators (but small) and nice wide stairwell. Exceptional front desk service. I didn't eat there and the bar is crowded. Great restaurants nearby! 」
