「This is the second time I stayed in Hilton Garden Inn, it’s comfortable and an easy place to stay, there are a lot choices of food nearby, good for a business visiting 」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Plymouth Ma. When we went to shower we noticed that the shower portion of the bath did not work. We immediately contacted the front desk and were moved to a different room. We appreciate them being so helpful and accommodating.」

「First of all, this hotel is almost brand new. That being said, birth, my shower and sink faucets failed to work properly. I was unable to set them to a consistent warm temperature. The shower was the worst. I almost scolded myself trying to take a shower as I couldn't regulate the temperature to a comfortable setting. The sink now much better. I advise management, and they stated a maintenance person would take a look at it. They also showed they would text me and let me know whether the faucets...

「Very nice rooms. Bathrooms were a little on the small side but they were recently renovated and in good shape. It would have been nice to have at least a continental breakfast, but there were no amenities of that type. Would stay here again if nothing else with more amenities were available.」

「Everything was good but the breakfast could have been better but otherwise it was great」

「A delightful stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Every staff member was so kind and they were so sweet to our three year old. Will absolutely stay here again if we’re in the area!」

「可以温泉SPA玩的地方比较少，只有一个汤池，」

「Had an event to get to for the day. Tried to check in one hour early to a 90% empty hotel (1:15 as opposed to 2:30) by doing paperwork but no access to room and they wanted me to pay extra $50. I declined, left event at 9p to check in then went back to event. Zero customer service. Poor business plan」
