「Fantastic location in Pigalle. Close to Montmatre and Moulin Rouge. Great restaurants close by, good transport links. Room was exceptionally clean, 24 hour reception, decorated to a very high standard. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Huge applause to the staff!!」

「It was absolutely a lovely stay. The hotel room is clean, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was one night the A/C didnt work and the hotel staff handled our situation by WhatsApp promptly and fixed it soon. The hotel very conveniently located with 1 min walk to #7 metro line and 10 mins walk to the gare du nord. Many gorgeous restaurants and bakeries nearby. Will definitely come back for a stay when in town next time. 」

「Lovely little hotel but the rooms are absolutely tiny, as in nowhere to put luggage and barely enough room to get around the bed. Otherwise clean, friendly and helpful staff and right next to the Gare du Nord for easy connections.」

「Miscellaneous items and building materials at the only staircase in the hotel property (also the only fire escape route) posing a fire safety risk for customers. Staff noticed the situation but regrettably he doesn’t see it as a problem. 」

「Clean & minimalist style room. There is filtered water dispenser in hotel, so nice, so clean. Also they offer complimentary snacks during happy hour, that's really a sweet treatment. The only downside is that they don't have rooms with twin beds.」

「電梯緩慢，櫃臺員工親切，房內燈光昏暗」

「Staff were welcoming and kind. The down side was the hardware. Room was small and too much decorations in room. Facilities seen aging and shower has mold and smell.」

「客房頗清潔，亦有地方放及掛衣物。但是淋浴間的花灑架損壞，不能固定花灑頭，令淋浴時很不方便」

「Poor service from night shift staff, morning team overall nice and helpful. Didn’t refill toilet paper, need to request twice. Requested one more pillow but end up need to wait next day (said full house and don’t have spare…..) Environment near the hotel is pretty chaotic but convenient to train station with walking distance 5 minutes only. 」

「Horrible horrible experience!! I am actually back to Hotel Mademoiselle in purpose since I ve been here for my honeymoon five years before. But the truth is I cannot have a sound sleep because my room is close to the lift which is extremely noisy. It sounds like somebody keep moving the heavy closet or bed during the mid night. At the first beginning, I confused why somebody move furnitures in midnight, but finally I figured out it’s the lift!! 」

「Small but location convenient hotel」
