「Excellent staff! They make you feel welcome. Location is also top notch.」

「This is a clean and pleasant hotel in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. It has been recently refurbished so the rooms are small but very modern. Mine was a “suite” which means it had a small separate sitting room with a sofa and coffee table. However, the sofa had been made up into a sofa bed so I couldn’t really use the room as intended. It did at least give me a bit more storage space. The rooms have kettle, coffee machine, and a laundry steamer. No iron and ironing board was available which...

「Clean & minimalist style room. There is filtered water dispenser in hotel, so nice, so clean. Also they offer complimentary snacks during happy hour, that's really a sweet treatment. The only downside is that they don't have rooms with twin beds.」

「Horrible horrible experience!! I am actually back to Hotel Mademoiselle in purpose since I ve been here for my honeymoon five years before. But the truth is I cannot have a sound sleep because my room is close to the lift which is extremely noisy. It sounds like somebody keep moving the heavy closet or bed during the mid night. At the first beginning, I confused why somebody move furnitures in midnight, but finally I figured out it’s the lift!! 」

「Poor service from night shift staff, morning team overall nice and helpful. Didn’t refill toilet paper, need to request twice. Requested one more pillow but end up need to wait next day (said full house and don’t have spare…..) Environment near the hotel is pretty chaotic but convenient to train station with walking distance 5 minutes only. 」

「I ordered a Privilege room for one single person, but eventually I was assigned a two-bed room without bathtub. When I went to the staff and asked about this, they just responded “we cannot fulfill everyone’s requirement, it depends on what we have at the moment.” What made me sulky is their attitude, so cold and unfriendly. About paying the city tax, they were not willing to make change. I’ve been to Paris over 20 times and I have never met this situation. A hotel with this kind of reception...
