「The staff very nice and friendly the place and location very good. The only thing was carry my own luggage up 3 flight of stairs very inconvenient. They need an elevator or someone who can help you with your luggage. Also don't answering messages. They need to respond.」

「I emailed & called the hotel to confirm that the shuttle I ordered would arrive at the airport! Especially because I was getting in close to midnight....& I do not speak Spanish....& w/o a phone that works in Ecuador! It became obvious the hotel did not order me one. 「Slight problem with the room on arrival, having booked a family room, but we compromised since it was only for a night, and a sofa was made up to suit. Owners couldn’t have been more apologetic or indeed more helpful during our stay. The hotel is a little unusual in that it is made somewhat castle like, with quirky architecture - which incidentally was the reason we booked for the night. Located away from the harbour area and the main restaurants so a taxi to & from that area is required,...
