"Good breakfast & helpful staff"

"It’s always takes time to locate the booking when booked through Expedia. I paid over Euro 312 for the night of 2nd May, so that I get a room immediately upon arrival on 3rd May. However room I got had an issue due to water blockage in the bathroom sink and to our surprise 4 star hotel charging Euro 312 per night didn’t had a Technichian to fix it and wasted our approx 2 hours. We had to call the reception multiple time had to personally went down to reception to report because no action was taken over phone. After much struggle they offer an another room for that also we were asked to wait as that room was also not ready. After long flight when you open of luggage and to pack everything and move to another room we had no energy to do that. I am a Hilton member but not even a bottle of water was offered. Seems hotel runs with short staff as most of the time only 1 staff handles the front desk."

"The room was good. The bed comfortable everything was fine. The only thing was that it was out of the old town center. About a $20 taxi ride. We weren’t comfortable learning the bus or train system as we were only there 2 nights and were tired the first half/day night. If not for that it’s a good place. Oh yeah , there’s a great Italian restaurant across the street."

"Clean room, helpful staff. We found a street parking spot around the corner and it was safe. Walking distance to restaurants."

"Good clean room. Code entry worked well. Bed was comfy. The only slight issue was that the cleaning staff knocked on the door and entered the room twice, once around 9am and once around 10am. It did not appear necessary to me as I was due to check out at 11am the same day, check in is not until 3pm for the next guest."

"The location, the staff & the apartments were fantastic. However during my stay several areas were not functioning or were under contruction."
