"I attended a wake at the Crossways hotel. The staff were very professional and helpful I was in room 120. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. A big comfatable bed a large shower . The outside bar area was a bonus with great views towards the Glastonbury Tor . Breakfast was good with cakes and pastries plus a well presented full english . One slight problem of the shower thermostat not giving more than luke warm water but i magine that is fixed now. Only a brief stop but would return again"

"Due to roadworks etc we rang to let them know we would be arriving quite late. The host was so understanding and welcoming. It took the stress out of our unexpectedly long journey. Worth House is lovely, quirky and beautiful. We loved our room, it was clean, tidy and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We would definitely recommend as a great place to stay."

It was near to Wells and not too far out from town but rural enough to be peaceful and tranquil. The lodge had everything you needed and the bed was comfy for a good nights sleep that’s all that we could have asked for."

The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was very good, with local produce and additional extras - nothing was too much trouble. The building is very old and I would assume listed so the decor reflects that in keeping the original features such as the steep stairs which were actually fine to climb. Overall lovely stay and would definitely stay again."
