「Clean room, lovely staff, great location for getting to Download festival. Really good value for money. A few things to note - the reception is located in a different area of the campus to the accommodation. 「No frills but good location. I just needed a bed and shower during a trip to see a concert at the nearby De Montfort Hall. It's a great location for that, less than 5mins walk, also near plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. It's cheap so I didn't expect much. The room and toilet/shower was basic but clean. There were no curtains, just blinds...so in the summer and with a heat wave it was quite unbearable. There's an electronic lock on the room doors but not on the main outside door so anyone...

「Nice room, with excellent bathroom. The outside needs tidying up and some painting, so we were initially concerned when we arrived, but the rooms were fine. Nice quiet location too. The cafe is shut due to staff illness, looks like has been for a while but the Two Flags cafe a mile down the road is excellent for all day breakfasts, especially if you like motorbikes.」

「Great place to stay, the room is exactly as advertised. 20 minute walk downtown and well connected to East Midlands. The studio with the small kitchenette and the private bathroom was definitely worth it. The gym is great for a little workout 」
