「Apparently a staff member called out for work. I'm assuming it was the person in charge who kept complaining to any employee within earshot about this person calling out. Offended she had blocked her call. This person obviously needed the day off for personal reasons and did not want to take your call harrassing her to come in anyway. And as a guest, I definitely didn't need to hear about the situation through my entire breakfast. Unprofessional.」

「Staff worker at front desk was rather unpleasant. And we were charged an additional $25 for 2 extra hours to check out, even though we were there for the marathon.」

「I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels up and down Route 30 in PA and this was my least favorite so far. After checking out and going to my car, there was an employee dumping a large tub of something from the side door that went over the parking lot. It was the grease from breakfast! There was no way around it and it was slippery and the dog also had to walk in it. Absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and unprofessional. While pet friendly and there is an elevator, there is only one small area out back...

「The breakfast room is on the 3rd floor. We were placed in a room right beneath the breakfast room so we could hear walking above us beginning at 6AM in the morning. If you weren't in that room, the motel would be excellent. 」

「Clean room and comfy bed/pillows. The air conditioner was a bit loud and the fridge got pretty loud in the middle of the night. Lots of door slamming early in the morning. You hear everything! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. 」

「Great little Inn with so much character. Only one bathroom upstairs. I was traveling with my mom, so it was a little tough to get her up and down the stairs. Central location and was perfect. The rooms were wonderful with plenty of space and comfortable bedding. 」
