"The pool and hot tub area was clean and well kept up. Staff was accommodating for our needs. With blankets, pillows and towels. The valet parking staff were also super helpful with places to go to and do. Only think I wish the rooms had was microwave. You pay a lot to stay there and no microwave. Kinda first world problems but nonetheless, a downside."

"our stay was superior..well located to beaches....and harbor, room was large and high ceilings,,(second floor room) large and high end tv (even my wife was impressed..had a bit of a problem getting the wifi going(my fault) after contacting the management issue was cleared up immediately! ie. the password...would definitely stay at this property again if in Santa Cruz....tx so much pc"
