「The woman at the desk went out of her way to help us, first in checking us in and then she noticed that I was having trouble with the ice machine, and came out of the office to help me get ice. The room was cute and had a recent bathroom upgrade. I'll go back there....」

「Despite having problems with their water. This motel could have just let us figure it out and took our money. Instead they contacted me until I spoke with them and explained the situation. They offered to cancel the room. But I told them it would be okay. They gave us discounts and I did the pre-check in. When I got there. Everything was waiting for me. I signed one paper about the pet policy and was on my way to my room. Thank you for making sure communication was key. My family truly enjoyed...
