「The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with us. Never having been in Southhampton, or much in the UK, we were a little high maintenance. Thank you all. You made it easy.」

「We stayed in a standard bedroom for 2 nights. The room was very tired and bland. The bathroom had mould around the bath handles and could do with modernising. It was a shame because the building has lovely grounds and communal areas are pleasant too. Staff were friendly and food was good.」

「Good but no parking in hotel.」
