"WiFi is awful! It’s just really poor but free so everyone is using a system not able to cope.Also, disabled parking spaces were blocked off with building work so parking was harder than it should have been.
Breakfast was very good and staff in the restaurant each take a station and were really on it all the time so nothing ran empty and everything was hot and fresh and there were no delays. The pool was nice but the jacuzzi is colder than it should be and was fed with cold water."

"The rooms were lovely and well-equipped, with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, including good tea and coffee facilities.
The spa area was fantastic — although the pool was on the smaller side, it didn’t take away from the experience at all. We both had back massages, which were absolutely worth it, and there’s a really relaxing space to unwind in afterwards. The gym is compact but has all the essential equipment.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to answer any questions.
We also dined in the restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The bar area was great too — a really nice place to relax in the evening."
