"Very clean rooms and hotel staff were warm and friendly, shops in close proximity to the hotel central area to all visitors attractions, would definitely stay again."

"You dont actually meet anybody, but there is a help-yourself permanent supply of pastries, bread, cereal, fruit and refreshments. Room was excellent, spacious with good products and sumptious towels. Plenty of parking and very peaceful"

"Everything was lovely, especially the breakfast and evening meal with excellent food and excellent service from the very hard working staff. Our room was very good and the hotel and its grounds are beautiful. Our only suggestion is that the house keeping of rooms could be a bit more careful to remember to wash glasses, replenish water and tissues. "

"Stayed here for a second time and it’s a lovely hotel. Room was quiet. Stayed in the small double which was perfect for one person for a few nights. Bed was very comfy and cosy. Bathroom and shower were great too. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if in Liverpool for it being a lovely hotel and in a great location. This hotel doesn’t serve breakfast which didn’t bother me anyway."

"Tiny but clean room"

"We booked this hotel as we seen it advertised a pool table, when we arrived we found out it has been taken away. Very out dated rooms. When we arrived for breakfast the chairs in restaurant were disgusting, badly stained and all mis matched. The carpets hadnt even been hoovered and the tables where still dirty not been cleaned properly. Will not be staying there ever again. If i could give zero starts i would."

"Room very clean, staff pleasant but the music downstairs was far too loud - all you could hear on the second floor was the thumping bass. Wouldn’t stay there again."
