「硬件设施硬件设施无可挑剔」

「Booked with Expedia & when checking in the hotel charged me again. So I had to pay twice the guy checking us in just said sorry no refund will not stay at holiday inn again 」

「I was charged twice for my two water bottles. I told him it was on my card twice. “It will come off in a minute”. 24 hours later it is still there」

「Very cozy and clean. It has charm that new and newly remodeled hotels do not have. For example, the coffee cups were ceramic, instead of paper.」

「Overall excellent, but I noticed two things that need improvement. First, the heater, air conditioner/heater seemed to be working independently of the thermostat. I finally got the temperature to be comfortable, but it required a lot of experimentation. Also, there was snow and ice outside the exit that was not addressed in a timely fashion. I almost fell as I was exiting the first time in the morning. That was at 9:00AM.」

「There was used dirty sheets and bedding. Hair boogers and other bodily fluids on the sheets. Both beds. I would love to upload the video if I can figure out how」

「The room was very clean and welcoming! The bed was comfy, smelled good and I was able to see under the bed 」

「The room was clean ,beds made, sheets clean. Bed was memory foam , which was comfortable. But you could tell the door had been broken in at one time. The door edge was cracked around lock like it had been forced. The young man that checked us in was very pleasant.」
