「Location was good. House was from the 1900. There was charm to it, but doors were literally were falling off hinges. This property could use a face lift. Rugs were nailed to older carpet. Very spacious and stocked with kitchen items. There was a mouse in the kitchen. I understand sometimes it’s out of the owners control. 「I would not choose to stay here again. Very low quality in terms of the beds, linens, maintenance of the property. It seemed more like a party house than a retreat as advertised. The location is close to downtown Hyannis but misleading as it is not a cute cape cod house or location. Very industrious, no outside space, no dining space. Check in process was very challenging.」
