「The room was clean but no lights in the bathroom, it was hit by lightening i was told」

「Hot tub was not heating and did not get hot until an hour before they close the pool area. Found food left from a previous guest in our room. Strange smell in hallway. And there was mold on the wall in the bathroom in our room.」
