「There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing.
A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room.
Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.」

「No alcohol in the room and was not able to get any cocktails delivered to the room.
$40 each for a buffet breakfast felt expensive
Valet was a bit annoying because there was no parks out the front to actually park our car for the valet to pick up
Everything was prettt good! Skyline bar was great!」

「I recently stayed at Windsor Hotel, which boasts a rich history of over 150 years, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon our arrival with two large pieces of luggage, we were greeted by a male staff member who promptly walked away to the restroom, showing no interest in assisting us. When we were checking out and walking to the door, the bellboy saw us but chose to walk away to assist other guests with their luggage for a ride in a Mercedes-Benz, leaving us to manage...
