"Was supposed to have AC and didn’t, was extremely hot inside despite it dropping to low temperatures outside. Had windows open with no screens but it still didn’t cool and allowed very noisy people to wake us at 12:30 and 4 am talking loudly on street under our window. "This place is by a night club and is so noisy at night. We were not able to sleep. Also, the apartment was not clean. There was a big like wine spot on the rug in the living room, and so many burn marks on the sofa and coffee table. We reserved a non smoking room, and we found at least 3 unused cigars in the room. Also, the bathroom/ shower was not clean enough and there was a lot of hair and other items! There."
