"Check-in (and out) was super easy. The staff was attentive and super helpful. The loft suites are superb and spacious. The location is terrific. The restaurants on-site are top-notch. The interior is oddly cool. The downsides, though? Our door kept locking us out and we would have to go to reception, from the 5th floor using a relatively slow elevator, to get help to let us in. It would take an additional 10-15 minutes to get into our room (multiple times over a 3 night stay). It was a minor inconvenience, but the fact that we couldn't get a straight answer about why it was happening and the fact that it just kept happening was unfortunate. The only other downside? The hot tub was lukewarm (like 92 degrees at most). Not a biggie, but after all the traveling we had done, we were hoping for something a bit more....relaxing. That said, we just went into the bathtub with the complimentary epsom salts instead. Overall, I would easily stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone."

"The room was ver spacious and clean. On request the room service was performed very well. The location seemed to be perfect in Sydney CBD and close to the key tourist locations - Harbour Bridge, the Circular Quay Wharf, Opera House and also the pickup points that are available with Day Tour operators. Quiet and Peaceful and Safe location for families. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. "
