"I spoke with a person name Joseph on from desk and when I asked he's name again he gave me a total different name just for asking a question and he was real rude on customer service. Guys like him need to be out the people service because he don't know how to talked to people. "

"Hotels.com has pet fees at $10 a night when it’s actually $15 a night, their website says they provide cribs so I made sure I left a note that we needed a crib when I booked the day before, but when asked at check in the man said they don’t have any. Later after getting to our room we had to go back to the front desk to ask for pillows because the pillows were the sizes of a half of a normal pillow, and the guy said he didnt have extra pillows either. Also they have their own universal remote that wouldn’t allow us to change the input setting to the HDMI, and after 5/10 mins of trying the remote just stopped working all together. "

"A tad outdated but overall a great stay. Breakfast was basic. Nothing too fancy, great for a one night stay. "

"Our hotel rooms stopped the cleanest. There was fingerprints on our bathroom door and walls. Room floor had problems on them like it hadn’t been slept the front desk. I am doing great, but showed pictures of a weight and he said that he had one in the pool is supposed to open April 1 and the pool is empty. The hotel has a lot of potential, but it definitely needs to help in the cleaning department. Definitely not the cleanest hotel."

"Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The hotel room needs major updating or fixing. The walls were all marked up with scuff marks, holes in the curtains. The bed was horrible and gave me back pains. Bathroom shower was terrible, the head needs to be replaced. Did not eat breakfast there so I can't say if that was good or not. "

"The hotel is in a great location right off the highway. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was clean. Our room was up against the ice machine so you heard it making noise all night. Got used to it, didn’t keep us up but it could have been on a different wall to avoid that. Breakfast was included and had a variety of foods. But the hot food wasn’t that great. Good bagels and yogurt. Plenty of parking but didn’t realize there was a parking fee for every day we were there. When booking the room I didn’t remember that $5 charge daily. It is one of the better hotels in Kannapolis so we might end up staying there again."
