「It is an incredible value for money stay - in the main town, very easy to find, very easy to check in. The staff were really lovely!! A previous review said they were rude and I found that shocking as me and my friend thought they were so lovely. Room is comfortable but basic but it does have AC! It's a loud area so you will hear the call to prayer in the night but that's the same as any other room in this area, not the fault of the accomodation. 「When we got there the manager said he had no record of our booking. He Demanded we pay him cash then told wotif we had not paid him wanting to be paid again. The room was large and had a double and single bed which was good for us. But no hot water. Even though advertised as having it. No towels even after repeated requests. No sheets just slept on the doona cover. Breakfast we ended up missing on the first day as were told it would be brought to our room but it actually was served on the...

"I chose this hotel because it’s so close to the harbor and my kid could get 10 more minutes sleep on the day for our speed boat trip. But the prayer at 4:00 am was rather loud, I respect the culture but … then actually my kid had a lot less sleep! And then 6:00am, crazy loud music was playing across the street (we were on the hill side). I left the fruit from breakfast box in the fridge and at night, papaya was molded! Breakfast on 6th floor was not organized. I ordered a latte and need to go get my coffee at the bar or it will never be my turn! Finally, I dialed to the front desk, and no one ever pick up!"
