"The staff were young but helpful. The desk would often be empty but they would come if you rang the bell. The rooms themselves could use a makeover. Things were a tad run down but the bottom line is cleanliness and the room was spotless. The outlet in my bathroom was not functional but the desk gave me a hairdryer to use which was appreciated - I had initially thought the wall mounted hairdryer was broken but it was actually the outlet. "

"Coffee hard to come by. Only 2 cups in room and asked front desk for more and they said housekeeping would drop some off - never did. Pool closed for repairs. Called guest services multiple times for coffee cups and no answer. Had to leave hotel to find coffee nearby. Buffet breakfast fake eggs, no access to water or juices, no waffles or pancakes. Terrible table service. Clean hotel - thats about it. "
